We are accepting entries for the Message Contest, which will take place on Sunday, December 13 at Seika Town Office. The contest is open to non-native Japanese residents delivering speeches in Japanese. The deadline for entries is 5 p.m. on October 23.  You can access the entry form (google form) via the link on this page.  Please see the second page of the flyer (PDF file) for details.

Please note that audiences at the contest (the first 50 people) need to register in advance. Registration will be open from 6 to 27 November.  We will announce further details later.
